Comprehensive Maritime
Workforce Solutions
Three flexible engagement models — from recruitment to full subcontracting — designed to match your operational needs.
How We Work With You
Crew Supply (Recruitment)
We identify, screen, and present qualified candidates from Romania. Your company hires them directly — you manage the employment contract, payroll, and compliance. We handle recruitment and pre-screening.
Best for: Companies with existing HR infrastructure who want to expand their talent pool without intermediaries.
Includes:
- Candidate sourcing from our pre-screened database
- Skills verification and document checks
- Presentation of shortlisted workers
Subcontracting (Transnational Posting)
We employ the workers on our Romanian entity (CIM — individual employment contract), handle all compliance (A1 certificates from CNPP, posted worker notifications, insurance, payroll), and deploy them to your site under a single B2B service agreement. You sign one contract and receive one invoice.
Best for: Shipyards and contractors who want ready-made teams without any employment or compliance burden.
All-inclusive hourly rate covers:
- Wages and social contributions
- Transport and accommodation
- On-site supervision and insurance
- Full documentation and compliance
Project Teams
Dedicated crews assembled for a specific scope of work — complete hull painting, interior refurbishment, insulation of engine rooms. Fixed project price or hourly rate.
Includes:
- On-site project supervisor
- Weekly progress reports
- Timesheet management
- Quality guarantee
