Who We Are
Hartwell Maritime SRL is a Romanian workforce solutions company specializing in the maritime and shipbuilding sector. We recruit, select, and deploy teams of skilled and semi-skilled workers from Romania — painters, welders, fitters, insulators, and general workers — for ship repair, renovation, construction, and maintenance projects across Western Europe.
Founded in 2026 and based in Vișeu de Sus, Maramureș — a region with a deep tradition of work abroad and a strong community network — we bridge the gap between Western Europe's chronic skilled labour shortage and Romania's available, motivated workforce.
We operate a hybrid model: Crew Supply (placement) for clients who prefer to hire workers directly, and Subcontracting (transnational posting) for clients who want a single B2B contract with zero administrative burden. Both models are fully compliant with EU Directive 96/71/EC, Romanian Law 156/2000, and host-country labour regulations.

You deal directly with the company founders — not a call center. When you call, the person who answers is the person who makes decisions.

Responsible for worker recruitment, logistics, compliance documentation, and on-the-ground coordination. Deep understanding of the Romanian labour market and practical experience in workforce deployment.
What We Stand For

Every worker we deploy has a valid A1 certificate, proper insurance, and full posted-worker documentation. We don't cut corners.
